COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Foote Jones GHVL60-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gardner-Denver products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gates parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Foote-Jones product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gardner-Denver such as the 2B100A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14M34S37 manufactured by Gates and we are pleased to be able to service most Gates systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8203H14 by Manufacturer Foote-Jones as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Garlock Brand 210863388 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Formsprag such as CL4085167 equipment made by Formsprag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Formsprag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Formsprag" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 231014M85 made by Gates as well as the popular 893A204ATG01 original spares produced by General-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 90944090 by Gates and CL4085167 spares by Formsprag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 90052158 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
